M P Sports Physicians practitioners and staff are committed to continuous improvement to our processes and procedures, consistent with the principals of open disclosure, fairness, accessibility, responsiveness and efficiency.

Any feedback or complaints made will at all times be considered serious.

Patient Feedback and Complaints forms are available in our clinics and on our website: www.mpsportsphysicians.com.au.

Patients, referrers or relevant third parties who wish to lodge a formal complaint are encouraged to submit the complaint to the Practice Manager in writing on the M P Sports Physicians Patient Feedback and Complaints form. The Practice Manager will respond (in writing) within 7 days of the outcomes and resolutions of the complaint.

Verbal complaints will be responded to (where possible) immediately by the relevant senior staff member or practice principal.

Corrective action will take place as soon as possible.
