Sports Physician Specialist

Leesa started MP Sports Physicians in 2004 on moving back to the Peninsula, where she grew up. The move allowed her to indulge her passion for community Sports Medicine and supporting everyone to stay active, regardless of their activity choice or ability.

Clinical interests:

• Dance/ gymnastics/ diving
• Paediatric sports medicine
• Adolescent sports medicine
• Exercise induced leg pain
• Australian rules football – male and female
• Tendon and bone health

All of our sport physicians are thoroughly trained in every aspect of the musculoskeletal system; the subjects noted above are simply areas of personal interest, not expertise.
